How it works

From tournament setup to final results

Volera is built around the natural tournament flow: create the event, collect entries, generate the draw, run matches, and publish the outcome.

1. Create the tournament

Start by entering the tournament name, venue, city, dates, organizer details, visibility, and base categories. A tournament can be public for discovery or private for manager-only access.

Categories define the events that players can enter, such as Men Singles, Women Singles, Men Doubles, Open Doubles, or Mixed Doubles.

2. Add and approve entries

Entries can be added manually or imported with an Excel template. Organizers can review imported entries before submitting them and then approve, waitlist, reject, or delete them in bulk.

Only approved participants should move into fixture generation.

3. Generate fixtures and assign courts

Once entries are approved, organizers can generate fixtures based on the event format. Court names can be edited for each tournament and matches can be assigned to available courts.

This keeps tournament-day operations clear for organizers and scorers.

4. Score matches and publish results

Scorers update match points from the scoring screen. Completed matches feed standings, playoff paths, and final results.

When the tournament is complete, the organizer can share a public results page and export a final report.
